Verizon Gets Cracking with Crackle Video Content

Verizon Wireless today announced the addition of a new subscription movie service to its V CAST Video offering. The service, which is provided by Crackle and offers content from Sony Pictures, costs $6 per month on top of the $10 V CAST Video subscription and necessary data package. According to Verizon, Crackle’s library includes action, comedy, drama, and science fiction movies. There will be 19 movies available at launch, with two new movies added to the library each month. It is available to all V CAST-capable phones, and select BlackBerries and select Android devices.
